Giving this phone a 3 star due to the fact that the phone came in Spanish (not a huge deal as I know enough Spanish to get by and the reviews I read told that the phone came in Spanish) if you know a little bit or have an old phone to reference to figure out where to go to change it to English. Another reason for the 3 star is due to the fact that I had to call my provider for help to get my mobile data to work.

 Final downfall was while I was sleeping last night a ton of things popped up that was in Spanish when I woke up for work. The positive is that the phone is good and super easy to set up even in another language. Even though it's thin it feel durable. Also the access menu when you touch the power screen is amazing!!!

*Update* I've had the phone for just over a month and yesterday it lost all service, dropped my mobile data info, wouldn't connect to WiFi, and crashed on me. Also not sure if it was the phone or my service but I wasn't able to send or receive photo messages..

Overall thought I loved the phone turns out it was ok...If you can deal with the glitches then have fun. I upgraded and had to buy a new phone due to it crashing.

states that it is carrier unlocked, so I got it. I understood that I won't be getting LTE signal due to mismatched signal's frequencies. it does come with spanish carrier bloats. it allows me to change the default language from spanish to english and performance is as expected with the specs. I was unable to remove the carrier bloats constantly pops up in the screen reminding me on something in spanish I don't understand. display is pretty dim so take that as a consideration when purchasing.

Works great while on wifi but drops calls and forever to download on tmobile can't use this phone very disappointed

This is one of the best phones you can buy for a lower priced phone. Excellent deal and excellent quality. I have purchased six so far for my staff and they all love it. No complaints.
